Not Using WordPress? Why You’re Missing Out

Let’s skip the ordered lists for this one and get straight to the good stuff:

The number one reason we encourage business owners to invest in a WordPress website over any other is ease of use. Not everyone is a seasoned developer, and not everyone has the resources to pay one to update and maintain their online presence. WordPress makes it fairly simple for users to tweak content without much experience, especially when it comes to recurring tasks such as managing a company blog or editing a team member page. These changes can prove difficult for novice developers using an alternative CMS.

On the flip side, if you do need to make larger functional or layout changes, you won’t have to bring back in the same developer to do it as you might with a different CMS. Anyone with a basic understanding of WordPress (which is quite a lot of people) will be able to assist.

Need a little more incentive for making the switch to WordPress? The Brooks Review does a great job of covering the pros and cons in this recent post.
