Funnel Metrics is a Salesforce application that was developed to allow sales managers to monitor their company’s performance through an almost scientific approach created by Funnelocity. It is a Sales Performance Management Solution that measures the relationship between revenue performance, activities, and skills. It helps measure the Sales Person revenue results that have been driven by activities and skills. The app uses metrics including both qualitative and quantitative data to give managers insight into how their teams are performing, as well as insight into how to optimize behaviors to maximize revenue. It gives a more accurate assessment of team performance versus the common default of quota-based ranking. It provides both quantitative and qualitative ratings to fully assess sales performance and provide actionable insights.
