We are currently looking to fill a part-time position for an entry to associate level accounting and office administrative assistant at our Atlanta location. This position will require you to be on-site a minimum of three days a week, three hours per day. Our ideal candidate is an energetic professional with proven interpersonal skills who takes initiative and works effectively with others.
Examples of regular accounting tasks include:
- Client invoicing
- Sending and receiving payments
- Categorizing and filing expenses
- Writing checks
In addition, you will also be covering a few administrative tasks such as:
- Mail pick-up
- Filing
- Answering phone and general email inquiries
Applicants should have some experience with or knowledge of the following:
- Quickbooks Online
- Microsoft Office
- Google Drive
- Working with an international team
- Working with smaller, entrepreneurial organizations
