Position Summary:

We currently have an opportunity for a AI /ML and MERN Stack developer with at least 3-6 years of experience. Desired skills and experience:
As an AI/ML developer, a candidate MUST have:
- Proficiency in Python and backend development, building and integrating AI/ML services through REST APIs and microservices using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI, including prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, FAISS, Pinecone, or PGVector).
- Experience building AI agents and LLM tool-calling / function-calling workflows, with an understanding of agent orchestration and modern standards such as the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Â Practical experience taking AI features to production, including model and retrieval evaluation, guardrails, hallucination and PII/safety controls, logging, and performance and cost optimization.
- Â Experience deploying and integrating AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), including containerized deployment (Docker) and CI/CD, with solid SQL and NoSQL database skills.
- At least 2-3 years of experience working with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) for developing full-stack web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and ship Generative AI features – RAG-based assistants, chat interfaces, AI agents, and document-intelligence (OCR / data extraction) workflows – into our products and our clients’ applications.
- Build and integrate LLM-powered services and pipelines: prompt design, retrieval, embeddings and vector search, tool-calling, and orchestration across multiple models (both open-source and frontier).
- Evaluate, guardrail, and optimize AI features for production, focusing on retrieval and answer quality, safety and PII controls, latency, reliability, and cost.
- Integrate third-party APIs, cloud AI services, databases, and backend systems to deliver secure, scalable, end-to-end AI-driven applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams – product managers, frontend/backend developers, and QA – to deliver high-quality AI-powered features, while staying updated with emerging AI/ML technologies and best practices.
Nice to Have:
- Computer Vision and object detection experience (YOLO, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV), including image and video analytics.
- Data engineering experience building ETL and data pipelines with tools such as PySpark, Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
- Experience building MCP servers, multi-agent systems, or agent frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
