Position Summary:
We currently have an opportunity in our Mumbai office for an Associate Product Manager at Azul Arc. This is a great position for a self-motivated, driven individual. You will have an opportunity to help create market-facing digital platforms, managing the development process to bring them to market! Your role helps bring together great design, technology and business.
Desired skills and experience:
- A variety of backgrounds will be considered – 2+ years in business, product management, QA testing or UX/UI is preferred.
- Excellent business communication and experience working directly with clients. Experience with multi-national teams is a plus!
- Knowledge and passion for great design and digital technologies such as web, mobile, and interactive tools.
- Attention to detail and a process-driven approach.
- Experience with the agile approach to development.
- Conceptual, strategic, and critical thinking/problem solving skills with the ability to identify client opportunities and challenges and provide compelling solutions.
- Energetic professional with proven interpersonal skills who takes initiative and works effectively with a team. We like fun, friendly people!
Responsibilities:
- Managing the product life cycle from conception to delivery, following our agile product management framework. This includes acting as the liaison between our US-based product team and our software application developers.
- Ensuring our business processes are followed on a strict basis to ensure a seamless project delivery for our clients.
- Maintaining project documentation – writing user stories, acceptance criteria and collaborating on test cases with our testing team.
- Assist in managing the product backlog and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Helping prioritize features and maintain the product roadmap.
- Researching technical solutions and new technologies, when relevant.
